2011 Clothing Order

HI,
Attached is the order form / price list for all 2011 clothing.
I would like to get this order placed by the 1st of April.
Please respond back by 3/28 with your order form, then I can start the order process and get the order placed by April 1st or 2nd.
I'll ask for payment, a couple weeks after the order is placed, to cover payment to Mt. Borah.
If we have new people not yet decided on joining team, I will try to do a 2nd order later on.
This order may take up to 7 weeks due to the skin suits. I will see if we can have all other items shipped earlier, and will split shipping charges between everyone ordering.

New:
Skin Suits.
Right now the qty is under the 13 overall piece price, so I have listed the 6-12 price. If we manage to meet the 13 price, I will change and let you know before you write me a check..
Will be a one time $25 per style charge, that we have to split between everyone ordering, and I also let you know before you pay.
Our options are Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve, and Long Sleeve Thermal.
I will request samples to try on.

Short sleeve wicking T-shirt:
sorry, no LS at this time. This will have HPM logo on it, and solid color. Most likely one of the HPM blue, unless I'm limited to White.
I will request samples to try on.

Cycling Head band. Will have HPM and Alitus Logo as the Nordic hats. Note these do tie at the back like a bandanna. I will request samples to look at.

Nordic Head band. Will have HPM and Altius Logo as the Nordic hats.
I will request samples to look at.

Nordic suits:
Due to popular request, we may add US / CO flags to the right / left calf of the suit. Really will depend if we can meet the min qty, and I will try to negotiate to maintain our same price. May be a one time $25 charge everyone ordering will split. I will let you know if any price change before you write me a check.
